A: It is possible for some iPod repair and replacement. Currently the only avaible on-site service is iPod Video.
Q: Will there be other on-site service for the other iPods?
A: Yes. Currently i am working on providing this service to iPod mini and iPod nano.
Q: Why do i come into this business?
A: Some of us know that outside repair/replacement of some part in the iPod can shoot up the cost to about $100+. I, myself have experience it before when i ask around how much it cost for replacing a LCD for my iPod video and it cost $160. So i come into this business to provide other iPod owner with a cheaper charges for repair and replacement.
Q: Is it some kind of frad?Howcome the charges are at this low price?
A: No.Cause this business is a home base type and dont have a shop for it. So the rent cost is been eliminated.
Q: I feel that it's still expensive for some part repair/replacement.
A: I have seen and believe that there are still some who still think it is expensive but if you ask around you will know that i'm charging much cheaper. However if you ever really come across someone who can do it cheaper, kindly let me know at G_Freedom@hotmail.com
Q: Are there any warr. for the parts repair or service and how long is the warr.?
A: Yes, there will be a 7 days warr. for most repair and part replace execpt for casing which require ipod user to check on the spot before the installation/replacement is done.
Q: Some problem have happened after the period of warr.. Will there be charges after the warr. period?
A: Normally there will be charges on any type of servicing done to the ipod after the warr. but for those where there are no charges, it will be base on case by case.
Q: What will happen if an iPod is not collected for 6-Mths?
A: During the period of 6-mths i will still try to contact the owner by SMS.If no reply / respond is given, the part order use for the repair will be taken out and use for on the other in order to recover the losses. The iPod will then be disposed of properly.

this guy offers great service for repairing ipod and getting ipod products,despite getting just a cheap $30 ipod shuffle usb dock from him...,he have very good after sales support..,and hes very willing to do a instant 1 to 1
exchange if the product is faulty when u pay so much lesser for the thing u can get in shop...,and the item i ordered from him was sent on time too,very reliable guy...,i'll give him a total of 9/10 for hes attitude and service.

Met this wonderful chap in the forums. Friendly and trustworthy. Met him up at the weekends and took him no longer than 30 mins to change the crack LCD of my 1g 4gb Nano. He has passion and goes all the way to see your damage iPod working again. He even keeps record of your iPod details for future follow ups, and to think outside cust. service wld even dream of going all the way as he does. 10/10
he's really good in repairing your ipod. initally i thought my ipod was gone forever. my batt went dead on me, the software screwed up and it hang and it cannt sync with the connect, he fixed everything for me and is willing to go that extra mile HE's the best at what he does. keep up the good work, thanks dude :)
The battery he changed for me works great, use to give me less than 3 hrs of video play time for my 5.5 gen 30gig ipod video. After the battery changed, it gives me a cool 5 hrs of video with the same video setting.

He is excellent. so thankful i found him to repair my faulty ipod which may cost a bomb if i went to the apple shop. He not only offer good ipod repair service, he travel miles to collect ipod from his customers. sometime i ask him alot of questions, he still politely answer to all my queries.
When i meet up with him, he carefully ask what wrong with the ipod and he will check it carefully and put it safetly in his bag.

I agree with all the previous comments. This guy is very professional and friendly. He took about half an hour to fix my ipod. Very efficient. After sales service is also excellent. He makes sure that the ipod has no problems, and asks you to call him if anything. Highly recommended!!

i lost hope on my ipod mini and i never ever taut that my ipod mini could be repaired but then i went on a forum and i saw this his ad on the net.. reading from past comments i'm thinking this guy has the skills and i would just give it a shot.. amazingly it was repaired.. got the skills and v.gd cust service.. highly recommended

My Ipod mini battery was at the end of its life; called up Apple service centre and they quoted me a staggering $110. Bumped onto Kris's service while searching the net and he quoted me a price that is imo very good indeed. Kris is very skillful in replacing the battery and finish in about 20 min. I'm so glaf my ipod has been brought back to life after about a year of disuse. I thought it was dead and gone forever after the apple repair centre refused to fis it saying the warranty is gone and it will cost as much as buying a new ipod to fix! Thank goodness i found Kris, who managed to fix my ipod (ony the clickwheel was spoilt) for a really LOW price=). Trustworthy and reliable. Thanks a million again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I know it's hard to pass your ipod to a stranger over the net, but I did and that probably was one of the best choices I made (I was thinking my ipod was as good as gone, so why not just hand it to him for a try).
Kris not only went the extra mile to meet me at a venue and timing convenient to me, he even took the time to teach me on some technicalities I didn't know, and probably wouldn't know if I hadn't got to know him.
Excellent attitude, service and most importantly, a character to trust. The service, pricing and time taken to repair beat ipod centre anytime. My ipod is now as good as new.
